Vital links

Something that helped me immeasurably in my trading was this.Having a real trigger as when to get in and when to get out of a trade.There are all kinds of "lines" "cross overs" but I am the type of personthat likes to have a definate ENTRY POINT not something that can be viewedfrom 5 different angles.So here it is ....I only trade off of 4hr, daily chart.Daily chart for trend direction.4 hr for actual entry point - sometimes I will go down to 1 hr but that is only sometimes.As long as you have 4 hr and daily chart up you'll do good.I am not providing a actual method to trade rather a couple of things you can add to your method already that will fine tune it and make it much more exact.Here it is .....1. Heikin Ashi candles a MUST2. 5 period LWMA offset (shift) by 2 Linear weighted moving average = LWMAAdd the LWMA to typical price h/l/c/3In meta trader you will understand this set up of configuration.You can view the pics I posted to see the relation of the candles to the5 lwma. This is what I use as my trigger to get into and out of trades andstill after all these 3.5 years of trading it's the only thing I have come acrossthat is exact enough for me to be able to trade with precision entry and exits.I hope it helps you.

the journey begins...

It all begins here.....

This is a data warehouse of sorts.

It includes news links, information and statistics along with eventual videos of what to look at in global trading marketplace.

In one regard this is new to me, in another attempting to sell commodities in 08' (which I had an affinity towards) led me to the natural progression of day trading currencies on Forex.

I suppose there is an underlying fundamental reason for everything that we do in life, almost to some degree, an evolutionary process. I look at the peers in my industry, from my co-workers to the supervisors I have worked for, and now I understand how my father once commented years ago..”how could a son of mine be a…..” you know something he was dead on, he was right. Maybe I paid a little more attention to my emotions over the years and felt as though I had to make something, to “create” something in order to make a livelihood.there have been highs, but there have been so many more lows, so many sacrifices, and compromises.

How incredibly wrong I was, how narrow minded and stupid I was in some ways. What is more important at 46 years of age is to have purpose and direction in life but moreover not to subjugate to an industry, group, or individual particularly if there quite simply are at a minimum hypocritical or flat out demented. The people I work for at the time I am writing this fall into this category, they are protectionists of their own interests, couldn’t give a dam about the little guy in the trenches, and are completely out of touch with the reality of what it takes to uphold a “reputation” in the industry.

I look at my peers and see their limitations; I see they haven’t the intellectual horsepower to come up with much beyond what they see at the tip of their nose. It’s ok, no one ever really was taught or conditioned to look at the big picture, or long range prospect, nor look much past 2012 and its ramifications. I will be prepared, will you?
